World Level
Cherupushpa Mission League (CML) is a missionary organization started by Rev.Fr.Joseph Maliparampil and Sri P.C .Abraham (Kunjettan) . It was started in 1947 in the diocese of Changanacherry under the Paternal solicitude of Bishop James Kalacherry. "Thy son's , O India , will be thy savation " - This Prophecy of Pope Leo XXIII is kept as the Motto of CML . This organization which was started in the Diocese of Changanacherry spread in to the different diocese of India as well as in to the diocese of other countries.
The CML was offically inaugurated by Bishop Thomas Tharayil , the them Bishop of Kottayam on 3rd October 1947 on the 50th anniversary of the death of St.Little Flower at Alphonsa Nager Bharananganam . A temporary constitution of CML was formedin 1950 for coordinating for the activities of the different units and for improving the activities of CML . The constitution was approved by the Bishop of Changanacherry . The emphasis given for the vocation promotion , missionary activities and personality development made the organization " The nursery of vocations ". It was the mission League was started the Vocation Bereau for the first time in India . In 1981 the CBCI raised the CML to the status of a National Organization.
Diocesan Level
The CML was inaugurated in Thuckalay Diocese on 1st October1975 by Rev.Fr.Sebastian Mancherikkalam . In order to carry out the exhortation of Jesus " Go in to all the world and proclaim the good nwes to the whole creation" . The members of CML try to promote the mission spirit in families , parishes, and individuals through prayer , financial help and by leading a holy life. The members help the missionary activities of parishes ,, dioceses and in the other parts of India.

Activities
House Visit, Prayer ,Visiting the sick , collection of fund to help the needy , active participating in parish activities, keeping the church and its premises neat and receive Holy Communion with devotion , train Children as alter boys and teach them to say ejaculations and rosary and train people to read Bibe everyday. On house visits instruct the family members to take active participation in missionary activities through prayer work and service to the poor. Also organize cultural Programs to promote missionary spirit in youngsters.
